Everything is as described, the problem is that if you use flake or powder feed it gets stuck in the container, I will try with a pellet feed.

The box arrived crushed but the feeder was intact - it's fine since i'm using it myself and not gifting it for x'mas! The user manual is in chinese so you have to figure out how to set up/use the dispenser. The box where the batteries go is wired the reverse of normal setup ie the coil is for the positive terminal instead of negative terminal. The batteries need to be placed in a certain way to have electrical contact - i had to insert and remove the batteries a few times before the feeder could be switched on. Apart from these issues, the feeder works and the motor to rotate the food canister is super silent. Wish they have the same with a bigger food canister to feed 3 fish over 3-4 weeks.

It's great, it fulfills its function, although you need to know how to adjust the opening to make it smaller or larger, depending on the size of the food, so that it comes out when it rotates. Programmable for 12 or 24 hours, but also with a button to start the food immediately (manually). Ideal for placing in an aquarium or turtle tank, it remains stationary thanks to the screw for tightening. It came well packaged, with bubble wrap. The box had been slightly damaged, but the feeder was not damaged. It runs on batteries (two). Anyway, recommended.
